At Kokka Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fabric or home textile order isn't perfect, you can return unwashed and uncut items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold the unused fabric and place it in the original shipping container along with a copy of your packing slip and the RMA document.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the fabric to ensure it remains in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
